People often tell me how difficult they find meditation. When I ask how long they've tried, they usually say 10-20 minutes. I then share that if you're not disappointed when an hour passes, you haven't truly meditated. I even have a T-shirt that says, "EXPECT RESULTS" on the front and "DON'T EXPECT RESULTS ANYTIME SOON" on the back. I'm teasing, of course—you can experience results immediately by becoming aware of them.
I am here to teach meditation techniques that provide immediate benefits. The key is understanding that meditation is a journey, not a destination. Participants often feel profound joy and exhilaration from the first session, inspired to see meditation as an adventure in self-discovery.
Inside each of us is this Primordial Presence. You can experience it as the warmth in your body.
Can you feel the warmth in your body? Of course, you can.
That’s the Primordial Presence.
I encourage you, right now, to notice your breath for a few moments.
Take a deep breath and allow yourself to relax.
Take another deep breath and relax again.
Now as you are breathing and relaxing notice the warmth in your body. Seriously, the warmth in your body IS that Primordial Presence.
This is a safe, loving, nurturing place to hang out and so much more. This is the essence of your True support from the Universe. This is the Real You. Isn’t this fun?
Let’s try this again.
Notice your breath for a few moments, take a deep breath and allow yourself to relax.
Take another deep breath and relax again.
Now as you are breathing and relaxing notice the warmth in your body again. You can actually feel it. Is this tangible enough for you?
This is YOUR HOME. This is your ONE TRUE POSSESSION.
This is your INHERITANCE! FOREVER! You as Creator. With Love, Wisdom, Power, and resources of the Universe at your fingertips.
